Is it possible to exchange or return my purchase?

You have 14 days in which to exchange or return the products you have ordered via Bold Baguette. Once we have received your package, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Products must be complete with the returning tag still attached, and not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.

Bold Baguette reserves the right to reject the return of products, which are not returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Bold Baguette cannot carry any cost or responsibility regarding the return shipment initiated by the buyer. Returns are at your own responsibility. Choosing the secured delivery option is advised. 

Sale items should be returned within 7 days, starting from the day you received the package.

What if I want to return my order?

If you change your mind or realize you have ordered the wrong size then you can return your order. To do this, you need to send an email to boldbaguette@gmail.com within 14 calendar days, counting from the day you received your order. When doing this, please make sure that you provide us with as many details and info as possible (mention your name and order number).

After this email you can send your products at own cost to the address mentioned below. Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email. Otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to process your returns.

We will credit the amount to your bank account within 14 days of its receipt.

The cost of shipment are those costs that you have paid at the moment your order was shipped by Bold Baguette to you. These costs of shipment are not refunded.

The return cost is the cost you pay when you return (part of) your order to Bold Baguette. We will only pay the return costs (standard postal tariff) and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the products are faulty.

Can I exchange my purchases?

Please send a request for exchange by email to boldbaguette@gmail.com within 14 calendar days, counting from the day after you received your order. When doing this, please make sure that you mention your name, customer number and order number.

After this email you can send your returns at own cost to the address mentioned above. Please ensure that we receive your returns within 7 days after your email. Afterwards we will confirm you can order the correct size (provided that it is in stock) without having to pay shipment costs.

If, unfortunately, this new size is also not to your liking you can send the item back to us again as outlined above. We will then refund you the money but know we will distract the shipment costs of the second (new size) shipment.
