Personal details and data processing
In order to provide personalised service, Bold Baguette requires certain information from you. Once you place an order with Bold Baguette, you fill in your delivery and chosen payment method, along with the order / billing form (“check out”). Bold Baguette processes three types of personal details: identity, payment and online trafficking details.
These are the details you fill in on the order/billing form:
- Postal code
- Email address
- Phone number
These personal details are used by Bold Baguette to process your order, and to ensure it is sent to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
You can review your personal details in your personal account.
Bold Baguette registers your payment details to ensure that the payment has been completed successfully. We therefore only register your payment method. Bank details are not saved and every payment is protected. For more information, please refer to the payments section on our website.
Online Trafficking Details
Bold Baguette primarily uses your personal details to process your order. These details may also be used to help optimize the website and to send you commercial information or appropriate offers, however this will only happen if you have given your permission and have signed up for the newsletter. Note that you can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe via an opt-in/out checkbox that is present in your personal account information section or via the 'unsubscribe'-button that you can find at the bottom of our digital newsletters (email).
Under no circumstances will your personal information be passed on and/or sold to third parties who are not part of our production process, for example, to forward advertising to you.
If Bold Baguette amends this policy, we will notify you by updating the statement on this page.
